IronClad Industrial LLC (“IronClad Industrial LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Service and how we use it.

Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry, request a quote, or send us a message, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide.
Customer and invoice records. If we transact business with you we maintain records including company name, billing address, shipping address, contact details, payment history, and the items or services purchased. This information is necessary to issue invoices, fulfill orders, comply with tax law, and provide warranty or after-sales support.
Technical information. Like most websites, we automatically log standard request information including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and basic analytics.

4. QuickBooks integration
Authorized administrators may connect this Service to a QuickBooks Online company to sync customer records, invoices, and payments. When connected, customer and invoice information you enter here may be transmitted to QuickBooks. We use OAuth tokens to authenticate; we do not store your QuickBooks login credentials. You may disconnect the integration from the administrative interface at any time.
5. Data retention
We retain customer and invoice records for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations (typically at least seven years for accounting records). Inquiries and contact-form submissions are retained as long as needed to follow up and may be archived afterward.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may opt out of any non-transactional email communications by replying to ask us to remove you. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. Note that we may need to retain certain information for legal or accounting purposes.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
